Whipping cream
奶油

Boil 250ml water with agar agar strips until dissolved and add sugar
将燕菜条放进250毫升开水中,煮至溶化后加入白糖
Then add another 250ml water and lychees and blend till it becomes a puree
将另外250毫升水和荔枝一同加入搅拌机内搅拌成糊
Add whipping cream
加入奶油
Pour into glass or mould and chill in refrigerator
装入玻璃杯或模子后放入冰箱冷却
Arrange lychees and other garnishings on top.
用整荔枝和其他材料做装饰
