Heat wok, add corn oil and fry shallot, garlic and
pork luncheon meat

Fry till lightly brown
将材料炒到稍微金黄色 |

Add cooked rice and stir-fry on high heat before
reducing to medium heat
加入米饭,用大火快炒,然后以中火炒熟 |
