白饭 (冷饭/隔夜)

Corn oil
粟米油
Dash of salt & pepper to taste
适量盐和白胡椒粉

Heat wok, add corn oil and fry shallot, garlic and pork luncheon meat
将粟米油倒入热锅中,再放入红葱头、蒜蓉、午餐肉一起炒
Fry till lightly brown
将材料炒到稍微金黄色
Add cooked rice and stir-fry on high heat before reducing to medium heat
加入米饭,用大火快炒,然后以中火炒熟
Season to taste
按个人口味加入适量的盐和白胡椒粉调味
