Braised Peanuts with Chicken Feet Soup

Narcissus Braised Peanuts 170g

Chicken feet (boiled and dried)
鸡脚(过沸水后滤干)

Carrot (cut into pieces)

Chicken stock or water

Put chicken feet, carrots and chicken stock/water into pot
将鸡脚, 胡萝卜和鸡肉高汤/清水倒入锅里
Bring to a boil and simmer for an hour
水滚后转小火继续煮1个小时
Add braised peanuts and its sauce into soup. Remove from heat 10 minutes later
将整罐香焖花生连汤汁倒入,10分钟后熄火
Season and serve
