Clean chicken and spread the herbal spices evenly on the inside and outside of the chicken
将鸡清洗干净后,内外均匀涂上药材料
Add ½ ltr chicken stock or water, roasted chestnuts and Poku mushrooms
加入½公升鸡肉高汤或清水、甘栗和整香菇
Wrap with aluminium foil and steam for about 1- 1½ hours
将食材装进铝箔纸(包裹起来), 然后蒸大约1至1½小时
