

Baked Jacket Potato with Yifon Nameko Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
1 Bottle | |
1 Pc | Potato Large |
40g | Sour Cream |
25g | Bacon Bits, Crispy |
3g | Spring Onion, Sliced |
10g | Butter |
1 Pinch | Sea salt |
DIRECTIONS
1. Wash the potatoes and scrub well on surface
2. Season potatoes with butter and sea salt, then wrap with aluminium foil
3. Pre-heat the oven to 150°then place potatoes on a bed of rock salt and bake for 1 hour.
4. Cut potatoes in cross section, press the sides to open and create a “blooming” potatoes
5. Top with Yifon Nameko Mushroom, crispy bacon bits and spring onion
6. Serve.
