

Narcissus Lychee with Wasabi Prawns
INGREDIENTS
1 Can | |
200g | Prawns, cleaned and deveined |
10g | Prawn Roe (optional) |
6 tbsp | Mayonnaise |
½ tsp | Wasabi Powder |
1 pinch | Salt |
2 tsp | Corn flour |
DIRECTIONS
1. Marinate prawns with salt and corn flour for 15 minutes.
2. Deep-dry prawns until they are perfectly golden.
3. Mix mayonnaise and wasabi together to form the paste, and serve it with Narcissus
4. Lychees and prawns balls on plate.
5. Decorate with prawn roe.
