Codfo Pork & Ham and Banana Fritter
INGREDIENTS
1 Can | |
2 Pcs | Banana, cut into diced |
100g | Self-rising flour |
100g | Rice flour |
250ml | Water |
⅛ Inch | Oil for frying |
50g | Mayonnaise |
1 Pc | Red chili, seeded and chop |
1 Pc | Green chili, seeded and chop |
2 Pcs | Garlic, chopped |
1 Pc | Shallot, chopped |
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut Codfo Pork & Ham into small cubes
2. Mix well of self-rising flour, rice flour, water in a large mixing bowl. Place the pork & ham and banana together, then slowly fold the ingredients and stir them well until it turns thick sticky texture.
3. Deep-fry them until it turns golden brown.
4. Put all the other ingredients and mix them well as the dip paste and serve hot.
