Narcissus Stewed Pork Sliced Canape
INGREDIENTS

30g | Spinach leaves, blanched |
30g | Pumpkin, diced |
1 tbsp | Olive oil |
2 Pcs | Sweet, dried prune |
2 Pcs | Cracker, biscuit small square |
1 Pinch | Sea salt |
DIRECTIONS
1. Get the crackers ready on the serving plate.
2. Cut Narcissus Stewed Pork Sliced to fit the cracker size
3. Blanch spinach leaves, chop into pieces and season with sea salt.
4. Sauté the pumpkin diced with olive oil and sea salt
5. Use a square mould to form up the spinach, add pork sliced and sautéed pumpkin.
6. Top with dried prune and serve.
