Yifon ABC Ice Kacang

INGREDIENTS

1 Can

YIFON LONGAN IN SYRUP

50g

Red beans, cooked till soft

50g

Sweet corn

50g

Jelly cubed

50g

Agar-agar strand, cooked

50g

Sago, cooked, add a drop of colouring

4 tbsp

Red rose syrup

4 tbsp

Pandan syrup

2 tbsp

Evaporated condensed milk

1 Big bowl

Shaved ice

DIRECTIONS

1. Add a bit of all ingredients into bowl

2. Top with mountain of shaved ice onto serving bowl, flavour the ice with evaporated milk, rose syrup and pandan syrup.

3. Top with all the remaining ingredients and Yifon Longan.

4. Serve immediately.
