Yifon ABC Ice Kacang
INGREDIENTS
1 Can | |
50g | Red beans, cooked till soft |
50g | Sweet corn |
50g | Jelly cubed |
50g | Agar-agar strand, cooked |
50g | Sago, cooked, add a drop of colouring |
4 tbsp | Red rose syrup |
4 tbsp | Pandan syrup |
2 tbsp | Evaporated condensed milk |
1 Big bowl | Shaved ice |
DIRECTIONS
1. Add a bit of all ingredients into bowl
2. Top with mountain of shaved ice onto serving bowl, flavour the ice with evaporated milk, rose syrup and pandan syrup.
3. Top with all the remaining ingredients and Yifon Longan.
4. Serve immediately.
