“Man Tou” With Yifon Tea Tree Mushrooms and Otah
INGREDIENTS
| 1 Bottle | YIFON TEA TREE MUSHROOMS, darined |
| 50g | Otah, cooked and chopped |
| 10g | Shallot, chopped |
| 2 Sprigs | Coriander, slice |
| 5g | Coconut Cream |
| 6 Pcs | Chinese Steamed Buns, cut into halved |
| 1 Pc | Chili, sliced thinly |
| 1 Stalk | Spring Onion |
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix Yifon Tea Tree Mushrooms, otah, shallot, coriander and coconut cream in bowl
2. Fill the mixture in between the cut halved steamed “Man Tou”
3. Top with spring onion and chilli.
4. Serve.
