

Narcissus Stewed Pork Chop ‘ Cake ‘
INGREDIENTS
1 Can | |
150g | Yam, diced |
20g | Sweet potatoes, cut sticks |
5g | Coriander leaf |
1 Pinch | Salt |
10g | Unsalted butter |
DIRECTIONS
1. Remove bones from Narcissus Stewed Pork Chop. Break meat with hands into smaller pieces together with the gravy from can. Set aside.
2. Boil yam until it turns soft and mash with butter. Place mashed yam onto a desired mould, fill up to ¼ full and top with stewed pork chop
3. Place in over at 180°for 10 mins
4. Deep-fry sweet potatoes sticks until crispy
5. Remove them from mould, place it onto serving plate and top with fried sweet potatoes sticks.
