Narcissus Whole Mushrooms And Red Onion Bruschetta With Mozzarella Cheese
INGREDIENTS
1 Can | |
20g | Red onion, finely chopped |
180g | Whole fresh loaf, sliced |
60g | Mozzarella cheese, grated |
1 Pinch | Paprika powder |
1 Pinch | Sea salt |
DIRECTIONS
1. Removes Narcissus Whole Mushrooms and strain
2. Cut mushrooms in dices. Set aside.
3. Slice loaf into 1cm thick and get lightly toasted
4. Place toasted loaf onto serving plate, add diced mushrooms and chopped red onion, then top with mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake until cheese is melted.
