Narcissus Whole Mushrooms And Red Onion Bruschetta With Mozzarella Cheese

INGREDIENTS

1 Can

NARCISSUS WHOLE MUSHROOMS (198G)

20g

Red onion, finely chopped

180g

Whole fresh loaf, sliced

60g

Mozzarella cheese, grated

1 Pinch

Paprika powder

1 Pinch

Sea salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Removes Narcissus Whole Mushrooms and strain

2. Cut mushrooms in dices. Set aside.

3. Slice loaf into 1cm thick and get lightly toasted

4. Place toasted loaf onto serving plate, add diced mushrooms and chopped red onion, then top with mozzarella cheese.

5. Bake until cheese is melted.
