Yifon Iced Longan Jelly

INGREDIENTS

1 Can

YIFON LONGAN IN SYRUP

120g

Jelly Powder

500ml

Logan Syrup Water

1 Cup

Ice Cubes

1 Cup

Fresh Calamansi Lime Juice

Fresh Calamansi, Cut half

DIRECTIONS

1. Separate Yifon longan and the syrup from the can.

2. Bring the longan syrup to boil in a sauce pot and add jelly powder. Stir well and ensure the powder is totally dissolved.

4. Add in the calamansi lime juice. Stir thoroughly.

5. Pour into a medium size bowl and place it into the fridge for 2 hours.

6. Add Longan into a glass along with the ice jelly. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

7. Top with calamansi lime.

8. Serve and enjoy!
